Our Agreement

This is the agreement that VATSIM Spain presents between the vACC and VATSIM members who wish to donate to our OpenCollective:

• We will be completely transparent. Through our OpenCollective, you will be able to see all expenses and donations.
• VATSIM Spain will continue working to grow our community and will do everything possible to constantly improve the final product for our members.
• We will not treat those who donate differently from those who do not.

The vACC is voluntarily maintained by Staff members who cover all expenses themselves, which is why we appreciate any donation. These will be allocated to:

• The server hosting bill.
• Domain renewal.
• Improvement of web services and systems.
• Other expenses related to the vACC (in-person events, prizes, etc.).

Your Agreement

By donating to VATSIM Spain, you agree that:

• Your financial contribution is solely an act of goodwill and does not grant you greater authority over how the vACC is managed.
• You will never use the fact that you have made a financial contribution as a tool to try to influence or intimidate the Staff or members.
• You will not use the fact that you have made a financial contribution to elevate your status within the vACC, attempt to “bribe” the subdivision to grant special privileges, or expect any reward or preferences in this process.
• Once you have donated, you forfeit your right to request a refund unless your financial contribution is not allocated to the expenses mentioned above.
