We present the Gallery of the 1st National Air Simulation Congress (CNSA) — a beautiful visual testimony of what was the first in-person edition organized by VATSIM Spain.
Beyond the activities we enjoyed together, the true value of this event was meeting each other in person and strengthening our bonds, something essential for our community.
On September 26th, 2025, at the Fuenlabrada campus of Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC), we lived a day that will remain in our memories.
Highlights
- Workshops and talks on air simulation, controlling, and coordination.
- Live flight coordination and control sessions, with participation from controllers and pilots across Spain.
- Madrid LAN Party on CNSA: all controllers gathered physically in the same room to manage Madrid’s (LEMD) airspace in real time.
- During the afternoon, control operations were active from 15:30 UTC to 18:30 UTC, with a full staffing team at Madrid-Barajas (LEMD).
What began as a bold experiment turned into a resounding success — the perfect combination of simulation, community, and friendship shone brightly.
